The experience, according to Malik’s description of it, despite the experience they gained, was a bad experience in terms of management and not in terms of the product, as a result of centralization in management. Two years later, in late 2014, the company was dissolved. This was followed by the establishment of the Myrkott Company, and the intellectual rights of Masir were transferred to it, and a specialized company was consulted to draft a constitution for the company’s founding, and a board of directors was set for it, and Abdulaziz Al-Muzaini was chosen as its CEO.
